Dr. Alvarez graduated from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska in 1991 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He completed a one-year residency at the Veteran's Administration Hospital of Omaha, Nebraska as well as a two-year residency in pediatrics at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Alvarez is a graduate of the Misch Institute of Implantology and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Alvarez has been practicing in Brevard County since 1994 and his office is located at 201 So. Shannon Avenue, Indialantic, Fl. He prides himself on his comprehensive dentistry from pediatrics, esthetics, whitening and even implants. He has a staff of 5 long term employees with over 58 years of combined dental experience.
